Rachel Patience Ragni received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at Hastings, Ms. Ragni was a Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal and a member of the Thurston Honors Society. Ms. Ragni received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis graduating with highest honors.

Ms. Ragni focuses her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor rights and business litigation. Prior to joining Murray & Murray, Ms. Ragni was an associate at a prominent national firm. Ms. Ragni also served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael McManus Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of California.

Ms Ragni is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas. Ms. Ragni is active in local bar associations and is the former chair of the Business, Commercial and Bankruptcy Section of the Barrister’s Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Ms. Ragni is also involved in various local philanthropic organizations, including The Junior League of San Francisco.

Ms. Ragni enjoys long distance running, cooking Italian food, and planning her wedding with her fiancé, Joseph Larrenaga.
